Friends of Waite Conservation Reserve
– About us –
Volunteer
Volunteers play an important role in the maintenance, rehabilitation and day to day functioning of the Waite Conservation Reserve. Volunteers can take on many roles including weeding, tree-planting, track maintenance, and biological survey and monitoring.
Volunteering in the Reserve offers a chance to learn about nature while improving your fitness and making a practical difference in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment with like-minded people.
If you would like to volunteer please come to one of our weekend morning working bees. Working bees are open to everyone – members and non-members. If you are interested in weekday volunteering opportunities contact our President, Peter Bird, on info@friendsofwaitereserve.org.au.
Don’t have time to volunteer, then why not make a tax deductible donation to help manage and improve the reserve. FWCR Donation form – Tax deductible
